In an effort to limit the events on our calendars, the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and Family Councils have teamed up to meet in person on the same night. Please join us on November 17th in the lunchroom to meet and learn about our school community, ways to get involved, and upcoming events/needs of our school.
5:45 pm – Doors open, grab a snack and chat with fellow BHIS parents/guardians
6:00-6:45 pm – Welcome and PTA Community Meeting (all families welcome!)
6:45-7:00 pm – Transition to Family Council Meetings
7:00-7:30 pm – Black Family Council, Mandarin/Cantonese/Taiwanese Speaking Family Meeting, and Latin/a Family Council meet in different rooms in the language of the majority membership.
Many of us share ourselves through food. If you’d like to eat with your community, bring a dish to share!
We love your children, but this is an event for adults. Childcare provided for those that need it!
